Digital Product Terms & Purchase Policy

Digital delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. After a successful payment, the purchaser uses the email address entered at checkout to access My downloads. Delivery methods may be updated over time as long as the purchaser can continue to receive the product they purchased.

One-time purchases

Unless a product page explicitly states otherwise, digital guides sold on this website are one-time purchases and do not create a recurring subscription.

License and permitted use

Each completed digital-product purchase grants one purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased edition for their own learning and internal business work. You may customize prompts and worksheets and use the results you create in your own work, subject to the terms of the AI tools or other services you choose. Each additional reader needs a separate purchase unless AK AI Solutions agrees otherwise in writing. See the full Digital Product License.

Unless AK AI Solutions gives written permission, you may not sell, sublicense, rent, lend, publicly upload, redistribute, or share the complete paid file; copy or distribute substantial protected expression; repackage the paid material as your own product; or use substantial protected expression to create or sell a competing guide, prompt library, course, or resource. One license is for one individual, not team-wide sharing. These restrictions concern the paid material itself and do not prevent you from using your independently created work or AI outputs in your own business, subject to applicable rights and tool terms.

Copyright scope and third-party material

AK AI Solutions retains any rights it owns or controls in original protectable expression and compilation elements in its products. A copyright notice or license does not claim exclusive ownership of ideas, facts, methods, government material, public-domain content, third-party works, software or platform terms, or AI-generated material that is not protected by copyright. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners. Human selection, organization, editing, explanation, examples, or original exercises may contribute protectable expression; AI assistance does not mean every component is exclusively owned or registrable.

Rights concerns

For a suspected rights issue or a report of copied AK AI Solutions material, email akaisolutionsga@gmail.com with the product or work, the specific material, the public URL or location, and the basis for the rights you own or control. Reports are reviewed on their facts; do not make a false or unsupported claim. AK AI Solutions may seek an appropriate resolution when it has verified its rights and evidence. No automatic damages, lawsuit, or outcome is promised. This contact route does not represent that a statutory copyright-agent designation is in place.

Refunds and access problems

Because digital files can be made available immediately after purchase, sales are generally final once access has been provided. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. We will also review requests involving duplicate charges, a defective or incorrect file, or a purchase-access problem that we cannot reasonably resolve.

For a purchase issue, use Download help or contact akaisolutionsga@gmail.com from the email address used at checkout and include enough information for us to locate the purchase.

AI tools and output

Digital products may include prompts, examples, workflows, and recommendations intended for use with AI tools. AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable output. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on, publishing, sending, or implementing it.

AK AI Solutions does not guarantee a particular business result, revenue result, audience result, search ranking, software result, or other outcome from using a guide or prompt.

Third-party tools

Some guides may refer to third-party platforms, software, or services. Those services may change features, pricing, policies, availability, or interfaces independently of AK AI Solutions. Unless clearly stated otherwise, third-party subscriptions and fees are not included in the purchase price.

Payments

Payment card processing for current website purchases is handled by Stripe. AK AI Solutions does not receive or store the full payment card details entered on Stripe’s hosted payment flow.

Product updates

A purchase covers the edition made available with that purchase. Future editions, expansions, major revisions, or separate products are not guaranteed to be included unless the product page specifically says otherwise.

Support

Product support covers reasonable help with purchase access and file-delivery issues. It does not include custom consulting, implementation, software development, or individualized business services unless those are purchased separately.

Material breach and access

If a purchaser materially breaches the license, AK AI Solutions may suspend download access or terminate the license where permitted by applicable law. Before taking action, AK AI Solutions should verify the order, the applicable license version, the conduct at issue, and the rights it actually owns or controls. Ending download access does not create rights in unprotectable or third-party material and does not guarantee any particular legal remedy.

Enforcement

Verified unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, or misleading use of AK AI Solutions branding may be addressed through direct resolution, a marketplace or hosting-platform report, a valid copyright or trademark process, or legal advice as the facts warrant. Any complaint must be accurate, made in good faith, and limited to rights AK AI Solutions owns or is authorized to enforce.

Severability and non-waivable rights

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions are intended to remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right or other protection that cannot lawfully be waived.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases as the store and delivery systems evolve. Material changes do not retroactively remove rights already granted with a completed purchase.
