Digital delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically. After a successful payment, the purchaser uses the email address entered at checkout to access the private download library. Delivery methods may be updated over time as long as the purchaser can continue to receive the product they purchased.
One-time purchases
Unless a product page explicitly states otherwise, digital guides sold on this website are one-time purchases and do not create a recurring subscription.
License and permitted use
Purchasing a digital product gives the purchaser a personal, non-transferable license to use the material for their own learning, work, or internal business use. You may adapt prompts, frameworks, and resulting AI outputs for your own work.
You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share the complete paid file, reproduce substantial portions as a competing product, or present the original paid material as your own.
Refunds and access problems
Because digital files can be made available immediately after purchase, sales are generally final once access has been provided. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. We will also review requests involving duplicate charges, a defective or incorrect file, or a purchase-access problem that we cannot reasonably resolve.
For a purchase issue, contact akaisolutionsga@gmail.com from the email address used at checkout and include enough information for us to locate the purchase.
AI tools and output
Digital products may include prompts, examples, workflows, and recommendations intended for use with AI tools. AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable output. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on, publishing, sending, or implementing it.
AK AI Solutions does not guarantee a particular business result, revenue result, audience result, search ranking, software result, or other outcome from using a guide or prompt.
Third-party tools
Some guides may refer to third-party platforms, software, or services. Those services may change features, pricing, policies, availability, or interfaces independently of AK AI Solutions. Unless clearly stated otherwise, third-party subscriptions and fees are not included in the purchase price.
Payments
Payment card processing for current website purchases is handled by Stripe. AK AI Solutions does not receive or store the full payment card details entered on Stripe’s hosted payment flow.
Product updates
A purchase covers the edition made available with that purchase. Future editions, expansions, major revisions, or separate products are not guaranteed to be included unless the product page specifically says otherwise.
Support
Product support covers reasonable help with purchase access and file-delivery issues. It does not include custom consulting, implementation, software development, or individualized business services unless those are purchased separately.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future purchases as the store and delivery systems evolve. Material changes do not retroactively remove rights already granted with a completed purchase.
