One useful workflow. Built properly.
Instead of trying to automate everything, we start with one process where faster response, cleaner follow-up, or less repetitive work can create obvious value.
Small enough to ship. Useful enough to matter.
We map the current process, choose the highest-value repetitive part, build the workflow around how you already operate, test it with realistic scenarios, and refine it before you depend on it.
What triggers the work, where information comes from, who owns the next step, and where things get delayed.
Lead response, follow-up, scheduling, routing, creator inquiry management, or another repeatable workflow.
What happens when information is missing, a person replies, an exception occurs, or the system should stop.
Improve the workflow based on real use instead of adding complexity for its own sake.
Clear starting price.
The founding-client offer is intended for a focused first automation, not a giant custom software build.

Founding-client FAQ.
The point is to make the first workflow clear before you commit to anything bigger.
What is included in the $199 setup?
Discovery, mapping, and the focused build for one agreed first workflow, plus testing and refinement around that scope.
What does the $149 monthly fee cover?
Monitoring and maintenance for the agreed workflow, correction of faults within that scope, and reasonable adjustments to keep it operating as designed. New channels, integrations, or substantially different behavior are estimated separately before work begins.
Do I need to replace the tools I already use?
Not necessarily. We start with the workflow and look at what can work with the tools you already have before adding another software layer.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the workflow and integrations involved. We will tell you what is realistic before asking you to commit rather than promising a one-size-fits-all timeline.
Can a human still approve important decisions?
Yes. Pricing, promises, unusual cases, sensitive decisions, and exceptions can stay human-controlled.
Can I cancel later?
Yes. Cancellation timing and any final billing are confirmed in the written scope. We document the agreed handoff or shutdown steps, identify which tools and accounts you control, and explain what will stop when support ends.
