Digital Product License
What one paid copy allows, what it does not, and how AK AI Solutions treats third-party and AI-assisted material.
1. The license you receive
After a completed purchase, AK AI Solutions grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and use the purchased edition for the purchaser’s own learning and internal business work. The license is for one individual. Each additional reader needs a separate purchase unless AK AI Solutions agrees otherwise in writing.
You may customize prompts and worksheets and use the results you create in your own work, subject to the terms of the AI tool or other service you choose. Review generated output before relying on, publishing, sending or implementing it.
2. Uses that are not permitted
Unless AK AI Solutions gives written permission, you may not:
- sell, sublicense, rent, lend, publish, upload publicly, redistribute or share the complete paid file;
- copy or distribute substantial protected expression from the product;
- repackage the paid material as your own product, course or resource, or use substantial protected expression to create or sell a competing guide or prompt library; or
- share one individual license across a team or organization.
These limits apply to the paid material itself. They do not prevent you from using your independently created work or your AI outputs in your own business, subject to other applicable rights and tool terms.
3. Ownership and limits of the notice
AK AI Solutions retains any rights it owns or controls in original protectable expression and compilation elements in its products. A copyright notice or license does not claim exclusive ownership of ideas, facts, methods, government material, public-domain content, third-party works, software or platform terms, or AI-generated material that is not protected by copyright. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners. The scope of protection depends on the content, authorship, rights chain and applicable law.
Some products may contain AI-assisted material. Human selection, organization, editing, explanation, examples or original exercises may contribute protectable expression; an AI prompt alone does not establish that all generated output is copyrightable. No product page or notice promises that every component is exclusively owned or registrable.
4. Access, refunds and support
Access is for the purchaser using the purchase email and the private download library. Do not share sign-in codes or access tokens. Refund requests follow the policy in the Digital Product Terms, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived. We will review duplicate charges, incorrect or defective files, and access problems that cannot reasonably be resolved.

5. Suspected copying or rights concerns
If you believe a product uses material without permission, or you find a copy of AK AI Solutions material online, contact akaisolutionsga@gmail.com with the product or work, the specific material, the public URL or location, and the basis for the rights you own or control. Reports are reviewed on their facts. Do not make a false or unsupported rights claim. This contact route is for review and does not represent that a statutory copyright-agent designation or any particular legal remedy is in place.
AK AI Solutions may seek an appropriate resolution when it has verified rights and evidence. No automatic damages, lawsuit, or outcome is promised by this license. Rights and remedies depend on applicable law and the facts.
